I am a CPSI who is relatively new to the Parks and Rec field. Currently, I have 38 playgrounds that I am responsible for and there are more to come. At this point, I have decided that loose-fill surfacing (EWF, sand etc) is not, to say the least, the most "efficient" stuff for playgrounds. I would like to integrate a plan that would, over a period of time, replace our loose-fill with unitary surfacing. Whether it be pour-in-place, tile, astroturf or any other product available, for those of you who have unitary surfacing already installed; how do you like it?
