Check out www.TeamSideline.com we use them for all of our programs and they are great. online registration, team building, scheduling, field availability and scheduling plus a ton more. They are also very open to looking at ways to improve and develope their program. I bet they would love the idea of being able to issue permits etc if they dont already have it. I wouldn't know since we dont use that feature in our Department.

RecTrack has the ability to issue permits or receipts for facility reservations online. My recommendation to you would be to set up your fields as facilities and coaches are able to go online and reserve fields and then print off a receipt. There is a section that you are able to customize it with Rules, phone numbers and much more. I would recommend that you work with the company (Vermont Systems) so that you are able to meet your needs through this program. Hopefully you all ready use RecTrack because it tends to be an expensive program but it has a lot of feature that can make your job easier.
