First off, welcome to RecWave.

Interesting question....I guess the answer depends on how leadership has evolved.

In my opinion, the best leaders in the Millenial generation will have to adapt faster than ever to changing technologies, procedures, and mandates from federal government (which seems to be growing). the process of leadership I think will be more interactive and there will be much more of an exchange from the junior to the senior staff from disparate offices.
