You can also have the opportunity to be able to provide the streaming video for your meeting as well as texting for descriptions. If you decide to have a meeting at the last minute so to speak, you can set one up quickly and easily. If you know that you need to hold a meeting at a later date and time, simply send out your invitations via email with the link information and set everything up in advance. Many companies that provide you with online meeting review or web conferencing abilities will offer you the opportunity to use and pay for the service only as you need it. If you know that you are going to be holding these types of meetings on a regular GoToMeeting basis, it may be more beneficial for you to look into a program that you can pay a yearly or one-time fee to use.
