Hello Everyone!

I am currently a student in the Recreation field and have found this site already to have some useful topics, and I'm sure that it will have many more.

As being a student, I have much work to do. The reason for this wave is two fold: 1) I am responsible to see how the website is and give my professor recommendations of whether or not to give this as a resource to her classes, which means I am in a testing phase. 2) I am taking a course on budgeting and have a project due that I was hoping to see what recreation professionals thought.

For the project, I was given the task of creating a budget for the FY2010 (based off of FY2009 numbers), but this new budget must have a 15% increase in net revenue.

The company that I "work" for is called Worldwide Tour Company, and my job is to create new tours, more business, and more opportunities to travel.

I was wondering if anyone had ideas, either from scratch or from experience, of ways to increase net revenue. There is quite a bit of freedom on this project and we are supposed to be as creative as possible. Any ideas will help!
